I am the Founder, CEO, and Chief Training Officer of Ascension Point Consulting, and for the past 23 years, I have dedicated my service to my country, fighting alongside elite special operations units in the most challenging environments. From my beginnings as a United States Air Force Combat Controller to serving as an advisor for Special Operations Command in various global locations, I have gained extensive experience leading and managing elite teams that demand meticulous attention to detail, unwavering mental focus, and effective collaboration in high-stress and high-stakes situations to achieve mission success.
With a relentless pursuit of excellence, I have thrived in leading cross-functional teams and making critical decisions in high risk, high stress environments. Now, I want to share this invaluable knowledge with you, your family, or your colleagues, enabling you to reach your ascension point!
